I recently came across Bucks4Banners form an advert somewhere in the ether whilst browsing the Internet. The scheme promised to pay website owners £5 per month for displaying 3 discrete banners on 3 separate pages on their websites, not only that they would reward you with £10 just for signing up!.

With an offer like that how could I refuse, so i filled in all of the relevant details and submitted one of my websites, and within 24 hours I had a confirmation email saying my site had been accepted, woo hoo! After logging in you are presented with a nice simple page with options down the left hand side for you to retrieve the banner code to implement on your website. You have the option of using server side includes, or the simpler option of directly copying and pasting the HTML (easy peasy!!)
This seems like a great run sceme and you can see an example of how the banners look at my website Euro Lottery Winner (it's the horizontal insurance banner near the bottom of the page) Overall this is seems like a great scheme and look forward to getting paid next week!

I think I will be adding it to any future sites (currently in development…). Glad you get the referral, hope I can get some of my own… I reckon you could put it on a blog with a domain, as three separate pages is the requirement - I don't think they would approve a 'blogspot' or 'myspace' though (more's the pity..)
