Julian Beever is a UK based artist who has been creating stunning works of art on pavements across the world since the mid 90's. Julian creates his art using pastel colors drawn directly on pavements and sidewalks, each drawing uses an perspectival anamorphosis technique which makes the drawing's appear 3D when viewed at the optimum angle. Below are a few examples of his work:
