		<description>This works very well I agree but the secret of doing it the "proper" way is fresh eggs - not supermarket fresh but real fresh. Then the white will not break away when you put it in the water - vinegar and salt are not required.
Also helpful if you get the egg to rotate slowly while cooking by a verg gentle slow stir to create a vortex effect with egg in the center.</description>

		<description>have you tried lining the cling film with a little bit of olive oil?  Also - you can tie a knot in it and stop worrying that it will escape from the film, climb out of the pan and eat your dog.</description>
